How to edit Ad?

Active Listings

This menu will show all your active listings. You may edit the listings, change or add new images and de-list the listings so that it goes to inactive listings. All your active listings will be advertised in Propnet automatically.

Active Listings > Edit
Click the edit icon to edit a listings which is already been submitted. You can edit any fields except the category. Click “Reset” to restore back any changes to original values. Click “Save” to save the new values.

Clicking edit picture icon allows you to edit images posted with this listing. To delete an image click delete image icon. Rotate left and rotate right icon allows you to rotate the image anti-clock wise and clock wise respectively.

Active Listings > De-List
De-list is a command to move the active listing to inactive listing. To execute this command click on the de-list icon. Upon de-listing the listing will be also removed from public viewing.

How to reduce image size before uploading your photo?

1. Open “Paint” program in your Windows
2. Open the picture that you want to reduce the size
3. Go to “Image” menu and select “Stretch/Skew”
4. Set 50% for horizontal and vertical for the stretch values (You may choose smaller value to make the image smaller, normally 50% is sufficient)
5. Click “File” and “Save” to save the image
6. Now the image file will have a smaller size and you can upload to propnet.com.my

How to Sign In/ Login to Propnet.com.my

To login, click on the “Sign In” link at the shortcut menu.

1. Fill in the login form
   1. Email: Type your email address which you used when registering
   2. Password: Your login password
   3. Remember Me: Tick this option if you would like to let the computer remember your password the next time you login
2. Click “Login” button
3. Upon login you will go to statistics page at member panel.

How to Register a free account with Propnet.com.my

1. Go to www.propnet.com.my.
2. Click on the shortcut menu “Register (Free)” at the top right of the home page
3. Fill in the registeration forrm as follows
   1. Your Name: Your name
   2. Email: Your email address. This email must be a valid address and will be used for login
   3. Office: Your company/ agency office number. You may leave it blank as this is optional
   4. Mobile Phone: Your personal mobile phone number. Mobile phone number is compulsory
   5. Advertiser Type: Select you role from the pull down menu
   6. Password & Re-type: You have to type your password twice for verification
   7. One you have fill up the details, click the “Register” button.
4. Click “Register” button
5. The next step is to verify your email adress. An email with a verification link will be sent to the email that you have mentioned while registering. You have to open the email and click on the verification link to activate your accout.
6. Upon activation you’re ready to “Sign In” and start posting your ads.
