PropNet eAgency

PropNet eAgency is an extension module of PropNet.com.my to specifically serve the agents & agencies. It has everything that an agency would need to setup a virtual office. This service will consist of a website, email account, listing manager, agent manager, report generator, internet advertising, powerful search & browse engine.

Website

The website will have a personalized web address with own logo. This site will shows listings of the particular agency and agents only. So, the agency can use this web address in their name card. There is also a 6 pages of static content to be published with content management. Here, the agency can add pages like About, Company Profile, Product, Services, Contact & Others. Those who already own a website can add this site as a link to show their listings only.

Agent Manager

An agency can invite anyone from PropNet to join his agency. Once the user join the agency, his properties will be transferred from PropNet to the agency listings. The agency is also allowed to terminate an agent from his agency. Upon termination the agents listing will get transferred back to PropNet.

Listing Manager

All the listings of the an agents will be compiled together to create a single master listing. With this information the agents will be better informed about company listings and allows them to co-broke with their peers.

Report Generator

Upon joining an agency the agent will have access to generate reports like active listings, inactive listings and agency listings. On top of these report the agency will have option to generate agency listings statistics report by last 7 days, last 30 days, last 60 days and all time. With these report the agency can keep track and monitor the performance of their agents. The agency is also able to have a better understanding of a particular agents specialization.

Internet Advertising

The good things about the PropNet eAgency is that all the listings will be automatically advertised in PropNet.com.my - Malaysia’s fastest growing property portal. So, the agents doesn’t have to spend extra time to advertise their properties in another website.

Powerful Search & Browse Engine

No doubt PropNet has the best navigation and search engine to quickly find a property. The same technology will be used for the eAgency website too. Since, PropNet is constantly improving their technologies, the agency website is also get benefited.
